I've owned this mouse for over 4 years, I bought a new one after I accidentally broke my old one due to a fault of my own making. The corsair iCUE software is relatively easy to use to create your own button mapping and lighting profiles, it can be less jarring but they are improving it over time.

This mouse feels smaller than other options out there which I like. It's not as small as a standard mouse considering it has 12 thumb buttons but it's the closest I've found that comes close to the feel of a normal mouse. It has held up very well and I'm still using it almost 2 years later

The ability to assign the side buttons is a real plus.

This mouse is extremely comfortable and tactile. The texture is perfect. Grippy yet not annoying and rough or sticky. The software for controlling macros and colors is intuitive and I haven't seen a prettier mouse ever. The buttons on the side can be a bit confusing to get used to, but once you do you can play many games with one hand.

My 16 year old bought this for gaming. He loves it!

My daughter was very happy with this mouse. She said it is more response and it has better accuracy than the old Razer MMORPG mouse that she used to have. However, I've had to file two RMA's with Corsair within this last year so I bought the protection plan with it. I will update if this thing breaks.

this was for my 13 year old who seems quite happy with it but I am not a gamer on the pc so cant vouch for it myself.

customization adjustment for the number pad feels great with the pinky & ring finger rubber grip, software works well for customizing button settings. RGB customization is detailed but easy to work with. motion detection/ response feels to be very high quality with great range in settings. all around good mouse for the price.

I've had one of these for about 2 years. The main left mouse button will wear out in about a year. In two ways - it becomes more difficult to click and it will start to register clicks as double clicks. It becomes difficult to click because a plastic part that engages the switch wears down with use and so you need to press harder for a click to register. The unwanted double clicks are probably caused by poor switch design. After some time I also noticed that the rubberized mousewheel was rubbing against part of the mouse, which caused it to not spin freely through an entire revolution. I slightly trimmed it with a razor to fix that. Otherwise it is a great design and I wish it was built with better quality. Especially considering the high price.
