Went to doctors and he said I was developing carpal tunnel pain. This is not what I had hoped for in a product. I plan on returning this mouse. And going back to a track ball mouse. I am reviewing this mouse not on its performance, or on how it works rather on it’s lack of ergonomic design for my liking.

Very unfortunate to hear that, we usually recommend this mouse for people with bigger hands as it's quite bulky. What you may have ran into issues with more is using claw vs palm grip, but I hope you find something that works for you and doesn't affect your health.

The software renders this mouse unusable

I bought another one of those, but also thought maybe I should try either a Naga or the Scimitar to see if they could stack up. Upon installing the software for the Scimitar, I was immediately greeted with an error message saying none of the macro buttons would work with the mouse and to reinstall the software. Once I did that, I was unable to update the firmware (another error message) for the mouse, or rebind any buttons. In fact, the software was frozen half of the time and was also, unusable. I have since already went back to my G600 and surprise, the mouse works. Amazing what technology can do these days. If I could give below a 1/5 I would for the software alone.
