    Worked Great Until Now

So i bought this mouse in August of 2018 so almost a year ago so far. It's currently the same mouse I'm using now and its been amazing to use for the MMO's / FPS games I play, the ONLY thing I've had an issue with, and after some research, it's a problem a lot of people have had with this mouse, some not so much but it seems I'm one of the unlucky people. Basically the Left Mouse Button slowly starts to die out, where it requires more pressure to actually click, it's gotten to the point to where when I'm playing a game and I need to hold it down to do something, it would unclick out of nowhere because I wasn't pushing it down hard enough and it would mess me up, it's not a major issue but it's something that a lot of people are experiencing so if you plan to get this mouse, I do recommend it but definitely get a warranty/replacement plan unlike me, will now be searching for a new mouse in hopes there aren't any issues in the future.

Corsair Worst Customer service in then industry!

3 side buttons stick on the mouse. Worst customer service in the industry. Bought item at Best Buy. It was faulty. So I created an online ticket. It was approved in order to get a replacement unit I have two options one ship them the faulty mouse and be without a mouse for minimum 2 weeks. After they receive and process the faulty mouse they will then send me a replacement mouse in 3-7 business days. Option two pay over retail price for a replacement mouse $100. They will ship me a mouse in 3-7 days. after I ship back the faulty mouse they will refund me the 100 dollars. No option for faster shipping. Should have bought it on Amazon. At lease they would have backed me up. My first and last corsair purchase. Razer is the way to go even with there cheaper build quality.

    CUE software keeps crashing

No use in buying this for the RGB and/or the side buttons if the Corsair Utility Engine keeps crashing in Windows 10. Don't bother if you don't want to put up with the headache.

i came from using a razer naga 2014. the 12 thumb buttons are too flat and curved inward towards your palm for my liking, im used to there actually being a round button that sticks out..i use my primary abilities on the first six buttons and it made it very awkward to press the button and try to move the mouse at the same time.. used the scimitar for 2 days, went and bought another razer instead.
