I wanted to like this mouse, really I did, however, the software that comes with this and all Corsair products is garbage. It freezes more often than not and when it does, your button mapping goes with it. Meaning, you could be in a game and the software freezes and you are left with just left and right click, all the other button mappings go bye bye. AWFUL....stay away from Corsair till iCUE gets fixed, if that ever happens. Check out there forums, you will see irate customers. LOOK ELSEWHERE for a better product.

Everything worked fine. iCue software was easy to use. However, about two weeks ago I started having the issue of the left mouse button either double clicking or not clicking at all. I went to the Corsair forums and it looks like there were other Users who were experiencing the same issue. I did troubleshooting other Users has suggested by testing different USB ports (2.0, 3.1 and 3.2 Gen 1 and 2). I have the most up to date firmware at 3.14. I just sent a ticket to Corsair Support and hopefully they'll be able to troubleshoot. As of now rating it 2 Stars.

You have to program all the buttons on this mouse which is extremely annoying to me. Your thumb also draggs on the mouse pad because all the keys are so low. This is the first corsair product i purchased and didnt like.

You'd indeed have to program all the buttons on the side, that's the beauty of it as you'd set them up to be used however you'd like.

I decided to try this over Razer, and price had nothing to do with it; they are similarly priced. They don't come with an intuitive default setup out of box, and setting it up is a nightmare. You have to use a dinky, buggy app, and the app HAS to be running for your configuration to load. The mouse is NOT supported on a Mac, so I was SOL when I took the mouse with me to use with my MacBook Pro. Hated this mouse all day. It's like a cheap imitation of Razer, but with less support and intuitive functionality.
