Mouse Wheel, short life span

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.6 month life span for the mouse wheel, everything about the mouse is great, the iCue not so much, but it is great for games, when the mouse wheel works.... The issue is after about 3-4 months you start to see the mouse do this reverse scrolling issue, when you want to scroll down, it scrolls up a few lines, then back down, then back up when scrolling in the down direct, and it is the opposite when scrolling up. Yeah....... Great when trying to zoom in from 1st to third person in games or even just web browsing... such a pain. This is my Second Scimitar RGB Elite.... so disappointed since I'd had $20 cheap MMO mouse last 5 years or so in the past... what does that say about this piece of junk? That a $20-$40 Redragon would be better.... or a Logitech $39.99 MMO mouse. Corsair.... I am disappointed.

Scroll wheel known issue, iCUE very confusing

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with the scroll wheel. Could you try resetting the mouse? Unplug the mouse, hold both Left+Right click, then reconnect the USB to a different port. For the rebinding, please remember to copy the Hardware Key assignments to the mouse in it's Device Settings. Otherwise, it won't have saved it to the mouse memory itself. Could be easier

Scroll Wheel Loves To Go Out But Solid Mouse.

Other than that perfect mouse imo.

Scroll stopped working after two months

I ended up buying this mouse in store. I had it for two months before the scroll stopped working properly. Whenever I scroll down, it scrolls down a little bit then scrolls up, then scrolls down a little bit more. Apparently this is a known issue with these mice and the resolution is to bust it open and lubricate the scroll wheel.
