Side Buttons Stick and are Mushy

I purchased the Elite, to upgrade my mouse but the buttons on the side are sticking and mushy. Regrettably, I purchased this product and let it sit on my shelf and by the time I started using it and noticed that specifically the 4 button sticks, it was too late to do a return. I'll be trying to have this resolved by Corsair via the Warranty but overall I'm very disappointed, especially considering how great my Pro version has treated me over the years. I enjoy the lighter "Elite" version, but I'll be sticking with my old mouse until I can get an Elite that doesn't have sticky side buttons.
