Buy a razer naga instead.

They were out of stock when my last on broke decided to try this instead. Its okay i guess its just not as comfortable as the naga. Being able to adjust the position if the side buttons is a nice feature but seems almost counter intuitive when the best placement seems to be the same spacing as the naga.

I work long hours at my computer and then spend hours gaming at the same computer. No matter how long I have to use it for, it never gets uncomfortable. Great bang for its buck.

So far this mouse has been very good. I've experienced some sluggishness and lost of accuracy which happens whenever there are software updates to install. I have not programmed any of the buttons so I can't speak to how well that functionality performs.

So far I have macros set to 9 of the 12 buttons that take care of repetitive actions as well as streamlines day to day work. DPI up/down so that I can move fast around the board, but slow down for detail actions. Shift left and right between multiple desktops. Mute for Teams calls. The comfort and ergonomics have been great. The software has been easy to use. I have not complaints.

I have short fat fingers so about middle, back a bit is just right for me.
