You have to email them and you will get a response a week later, asking you to take a picture of the mouse. A week later you will get an email telling you to reboot your computer. This goes on for months. My mouse has not worked since September, This is my second one, Luckly I took the first back to best buy in time, thought maybe it was just a bad mouse. Nope ! the second one was even worst. It will not save profiles, you have to keep opening the icue app in the background. When you try to do an update it says it can't find the mouse.

I purchased the Elite, to upgrade my mouse but the buttons on the side are sticking and mushy. Regrettably, I purchased this product and let it sit on my shelf and by the time I started using it and noticed that specifically the 4 button sticks, it was too late to do a return. I'll be trying to have this resolved by Corsair via the Warranty but overall I'm very disappointed, especially considering how great my Pro version has treated me over the years. I enjoy the lighter "Elite" version, but I'll be sticking with my old mouse until I can get an Elite that doesn't have sticky side buttons.
