The keyboard is great for gaming, the only bad part is that the space bar was broken straight out of a brand new box...disappointing.

Best $80 spent. Had almost everything I was looking for in a mechanical keyboard. Keystroke response time is almost instantaneous. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is there is no palm rest on bottom of keyboard. Other than that, can't think of anything else (negative) on this purchase.

I have been wanting an RGB keyboard for a long time. reviewed many different ones. Saw this on and it was on sale too. got it and love it. you can download different schemes from corsair website or make your own.

I had heard all good things about Corsair, and my friend had recently purchased a gaming keyboard from them and had no complaints. I worked hard for a while to get the $100 for this keyboard and I loved it. I loved the colors and the sound, and just how comfortable it was to use for long periods of time. I bought this keyboard in November of 2016 and had no problems until March of 2017. I came home to find that the W button wasn't not working. I had not ever damaged this keyboard, I had taken very good care of this keyboard. I never hit it, spilled anything or dropped it. Heck, when I was switching to this default keyboard I noticed I still had the plastic on the glossy sides of it. I did everything I could find online to fix this problem, including what the Corsair support said. Eventually, on the second day of this issue, only the lights would light up if it was plugged in to one USB port, and none of the keys would work, I couldn't even adjust the brightness of the keyboard. When I plugged in the other USB port so there was two USB ports in, all the keys worked on the computer as well as the lights. Except for the W key. I owned this keyboard for less than four months and it is already unusable. If you want to get a gaming keyboard for around this same price, I would suggest going with Logitech, and if not Logitech, go with Razer. Anything besides Corsair, as they put absolutely zero effort into their products. In fact, for around $70, you can get a multicolored Logitech gaming keyboard, which is what I will be purchasing as soon as I possibly can. Never Again Corsair.

First of all, I am using OSX not Windows. This is where I have one of my biggest issues. Corsair doesn't offer their software for OSX. This is incredibly frustrating as I was looking forward to the customization that is offered. I also am not a huge fan of the keys. I don't feel like they're very responsive/offer little tactile feedback for a mechanical keyboard. It doesn't feel very satisfying. It's not a bad keyboard, but it's not for everybody. I would still recommend for a user/gamer with specific preferences, but it's not my cup of tea. Not bad, not great. Mediocre at best.

Purchased this to replace my Ducky Shine 4 and I have been nothing less than impressed. Would recommend to anyone.

This keyboard is great for beginner to intermediate players who are looking for that "sweet spot" in gaming.

The keys don't stick, but very large cords. Awesome key board overall.

Had a problem with it sometimes it wouldn't let me type to log on to my computer. I would have to unplug the usb and plug them back in and it would work

I'm a big gamer but I also use this keyboard for word processing and Internet browsing. If I'm in voice chat with someone playing a multiplayer game, or even on the phone while typing in Word, people always comment on how noisy my keyboard is. My wife will come in and say, "sheesh, can you turn that keyboard noise down?". It sounds like an old typewriter. I'd probably go with something else.

Worked perfectly for exactly 2 years. Broke right after the 2 year warranty period by Corsair. Great while it lasted but the double typing of letters, especially A is very annoying!

After only 2 months of owning this keyboard, with about a month of actual use. Four of the key caps have already split on the posts and will not stay on the posts anymore. Corsair's Customer support will request the same info over and over, after submitting it they say they will be forward your ticket to the representative who can book the replacement key. then the process starts all over again.

I just bought this keyboard and right out of the box some of the keys would stick and others will repeat a character 2 or 3 times. It's a nightmare just typing a review. It took 2 days for Corsair customer support to respond to my ticket. I had heard that this company was pretty good and maybe they are and I just got a bad keyboard, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone just because of the customer support.
