Chair is decently comfortable and easy to assemble. The top of the arm rests popped off after only a few weeks of use. Corsair will replace the arms but it is still annoying to deal with.

Pretty good for the price. I'm 6'2" and the neck pillow needs to be hiked up into position every time I lean back, so I'm looking for a neck pillow with a longer strap to attach higher on the chair back. The armrests are kind of wobbly from side to side. Still breaking it in, but satisfied overall.

Wow this chair is comfortable and got it on a black friday sale. Easy to build and comes with the screws and tools needed. Corsair makes great pc products overall and was kind of iffy on the gaming chair but so far it’s 10/10.

Easy to assemble. Fabric Texture is really nice. Feels really sturdy. The seat is really comfortable plus the ability to recline really earns the its name “Relaxed”

I wouldnt recommend this chair for office use. Not much lumbar support. It's also low to the ground so tall people may find it uncomfortable (I'm 5' 11")

I read several PC gaming sites and user reviews stating this chair was high quality and very comfortable. However as soon as it was assembled and I sat down it was immediate buyers remorse. The cushions are very stiff and the wings on the seats were pinching my legs until they were numb. I gave it a week and then returned it

Easy installation still kind of wish it would come with a step by step guide that you dont have to hunt for online.

It’s okay. Build quality is good, but the cushion is not as deep as I would have liked and my butt gets sore after an hour or two. I bought a gel cushion to put on top and it’s fine now, but it breaks up the aesthetic. Also I knew the armrests were not 4D, but I thought they were at least 2D. I guess they technically are, but the travel is less than an inch and it requires unscrewing 4 screws per side to adjust.

Overall its a great chair, very comfortable and very easy to build and looks great.

my first gaming chair in and all i can say that its comfortable for the price! i was hesitant at first and now i dont regret a single thing i recommend it for people looking for relaxed gaming chair

Didn't come with a physical paper manual so you have to download it from the Corsair website on the same page as the chair itself under downloads. Very comfy and is a pet hair magnet. Chair was easy to assemble. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a gaming chair and doesn't want to go broke trying to get one.
