The chair is amazing the black looks so good great quality

It's good and comfortable but one thing bad is when building it the bolt don't want to fit in which makes the bolt only been screwed halfway

This chair is really solid for a gaming chair at this price, but I did return it and i have a few complaints personally the neck pillow is not the best quality but gets the job done with supporting your neck. Also the recline feature the main reason I returned it would not lock into place and would slide all the way back whenever I would try to adjust it to my liking (it could be that I got a lemon). Other than that I think this chair is pretty good.

For the price it is an excellent purchase. Very good

The chair is decent however the build quality of the arm rests is terrible. With that in mind, Bestbuy only helps you if it fails within 2 weeks which is extremely poor customer service. I recently moved and so was busy and didn't assemble the chair asap. When I did, the arm rest was broken. I contacted Bestbuy multiple times yet they refused to help because the 2 weeks have passed 2 days ago. I still think its a good chair with decent value however you need to make sure the arm rests are good as soon as you can or you will face what im currently facing with Bestbuy.

It’s pretty good for the price I expected better though

Decent for the price. However, the lumbar pillow is constantly sliding down too low, and the leg bolsters do nothing but put uncomfortable pressure on your IT bands. Not sure what they were thinking there.

Chair is super solid, comfy, and looks amazing. Instructions are online not in the box.

Padding for the seat is terrible, arm rests useless. Already need to look for another chair just after 5 months or so with it. I thought being a well known brand they would know better then to skip out on the padding specifically for heavy gamers. Dont recommend

This was a Christmas gift for my son, and he hasn’t stopped thanking me. Or sitting in it. The box alone had him excited. Once it was assembled, which was surprisingly smooth with clear instructions, the chair looked like it belonged in a futuristic control room. It has that cool gaming look without being too over-the-top. Just sharp, clean black leatherette that says “I’m here to dominate games but still have good taste.” My son says it’s incredibly comfortable. He can sit through long gaming sessions, homework, and deep thoughts about life without a single complaint. The adjustable height and reclining back let him go from serious mode to full relaxation with ease. It’s sturdy, well-built, and honestly looks like it should cost more than it does. If you have a gamer in the house who deserves a solid, comfortable seat, this chair absolutely delivers.

Chair came with no damages and was easy to out together. It is sturdy and will put together. It is very comfortable. It's a little on the small side but perfect for smaller people and teens.

This is a very good chair. It's very comfy and it feels really sturdy, since I'm a bigger person. It was easy to put together, all the parts were in the box, and the adjustments are very nice for however you like to sit! There was just one little issue. Something they had used on it was causing me to break out into hives, so I had to wash it down with soapy water. Haven't broke out since, so make sure you don't use too much water if you decide to clean it. But other than that, I definitely recommend this!

Comfy but the chair is slightly too small for me. The neck pad is between my shoulder blades instead of on my neck. Also, no assembly instructions were included, I had to watch a YouTube video on how to assemble. Do better, Corsair
