I can’t sit all the way straight up, but have to lean back in order for the neck support to be on my neck and not my shoulders

The seat is firm not in a great way either and it seems to tilt forward, almost like it’s trying too dump you out. No rock. The leather is nice

This is a known defect if you search the internet, strongly advise you buy something else
