The best paste you can get at a retail store
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has been about 60 days since i've installed my Asus Ryuo 240 on my 8700k using the Corsair Thermal Paste. Temps have been consistent. Approximately 35c on idle and 45c on load.

Ok Thermal Paste, But Can Buy Better Elsewhere

Do I need a paste/compound with a thermal conductivity >3.8 W/mK? I'm not sure, but if I can get better quality paste that helps transfer heat away from the CPU better then I want it. Removal from the package and applying it was easy. No complaints against the quality of the product other than the thermal conductivity is mediocre.
