    Great for building. Has more then enough for 3-5 builds depending on CPU/GPU cooking you are doing.

    It's thermal paste. Used to re-seat a GPU cooler. It worked well with a noticeable decrease in the running temp.

    Thermal paste, use it because you have to unless you wanna fry your CPU. Use a small dab.
