It went from sounding like a jet engine, to barely any noise. I tested it by running Skyrim (with mods) and i couldn't hear any noise from the fan. Stays cool and quiet. Well worth the money!

Keeps you cool baby

I am using this paste on both of my PC's (3900X and 5900X) using AIO coolers. Great temps. Never got above 70 C even while playing Tomb Raider on full Ray Tracing.

Decent, Cheap Thermal Paste

I got tired of ordering higher quality paste online, when all I'm building are lower mid range gaming builds. This stuff works and I can get it at the store in a pinch, and that makes it pretty great.
