Love the way the keyboard feels and ease of use. Only complaint is right now it does not work with icue.

[Employee of bestbuy] So to start the software is terrible, you have to use a online app (a web based ui) to customize your settings. On top of that iCUE doesnt support the keyboard but instead it cant be used at the same time you want to customize your keyboard, the whole point of iCUE is all in one place customization. On top of this if you mess with any of the key sensitivity settings it promots you will have sticky key issues (when you press a button like w and it keeps pressing it) even after you reset the keyboard it will still persists. I honesty love the feel of the keyboard but with everything else wrong with it i have to give it a 1 star. I love corsair and their products but for a very expensive high end keyboard and all these issues i would not recommend it, also yes i did update the firmware of the keyboard to the latest software and the issues persisted. I will be returning this product

Great keyboard awkward layout takes some getting used too but when you get a hang of it it's absolutely peak.

Purchased this last week and immediately returned it. The advertisements are deceiving; YES, it is an amazingly capable device with 2 major caveats. 1. Web Hub App needs to be running in order to take full advantage, on Edge or Chrome 2. Web Hub App requires you to CLOSE iCue for it to be open. So, if you have other corsair devices you cannot use them to their full functionality. This Major drawback led me to Return the device. You could work around this and load profiles on the mouse but it's just an extra hassle. WAIT UNTIL CORASAIR FULLY INTEGRATES IT WITH iCUE. I don't know why they released this without full functionality. I'm guessing for the holiday season.

Until Corsair delivers on their promise to bring iCue to the keyboard for full functionality, 220 dollars on this keyboard is nowhere near worth it. The only option available is an extremely buggy and sub-par web-based customization. On top of that Corsair promised iCue integration would arrive about a month ago now and has been radio silent since.

Corsair keyboard but no where does it say that it cannot be managed in icue. You have to use web based interfaces with outdated logic. Do not buy if you like macros.
