I would recommend getting this to upgrade your laptop ram imo

Amazing Ram

Great value to upgrade low RAM laptops

Installed in ASUS - ROG Zephyrus M16 16" 240Hz Gaming Laptop QHD - Intel 13th Gen Core i9 with 32GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090-2TB SSD. Laptop sometimes goes black screen where you have to restart. Occasional blue screen system errors. But am not sure if its due to me putting a 32gb next to a 16gb in dual mode or another issue. But this is not that big of a problem.
