Very fast and easy to set up for someone with only a modest amount of computer knowledge. Will say that the box was beat up a bit during shipment to the store but the packaging inside was solid so there was no damage to the equipment.

I’m a bit worried about all these intel problems going on so hoping for a fix there, but for me so far, I’m absolutely in love with this PC. They did send me the wrong pc originally (they sent the 2023 model where the skew number ends in 10-NA and I ordered the 2024 model ending in 12-NA) but Best Buy exchanged the order, paid to expedite it and it was only 1 day late. Hoping my experience stays the way it is and I continue to love this PC for years to come.

The description is actually incorrect as the pc comes with 64GB DDR5 Ram, this one in particular being 6000 mHz. The answer to what everyone wants to know, my build came with the MSI Gaming Trio 4090. With this set-up it pushes over 160 fps on 4K ultra settings in Warzone.

The computer arrived on time with no damages. It runs extremely quiet and packs a punch with power. If there was one drawback to this purchase would be you have to have room for the case. It is not a small case besides that it’s an excellent gaming computer! I would highly recommend buying this gaming computer.

For a pre built PC at $4,599.99 you would think things would run smooth. I am bringing it in for repair, hopefully they can find a fix or give me my money back.

Corsair doesn’t advertise the following: they use a cheap OEM motherboard that you cannot upgrade the bios on. There is a massive amounts of threads and forums talking about how criminal this is. With these 14th gen intel chips, these computers are dropping like flies. Seriously Google “corsair cannot update bios Reddit.” there are hundreds of ppl that cannot get the proper the updates for their system to work right and not self implode. It’s absolutely criminal. No wonder the company’s stock is tanking. On top of all that, corsair just started a mega thread literally today talking about their massive disaster with their ICUE system too. You would be a fool to spend your money on this. Time bomb of a computer with awful customer support that acknowledges their screwups but takes zero action to fix them in a timely manner.

The motherboard isn't cheap nor OEM, please be patient while a BIOS update releases for your system for an update. Note that the issue is on Intel's side and everyone else is doing their best to keep up with addressing any possible issues.

Crashes constantly can’t even watch YouTube

Can’t open certain games the games it does open it will crash within 5 minutes already brought back for repairs once got it back the same exact issues within the first couple hours of using the pc. I am beyond upset after spending close to 5000$. I do not recommend this pc wish I could go back in time and not buy this item. Hopefully when it comes back for the second time it will actually be working.
