Affordable; Cannot run @ 3600Mhz. Stable @ 3200Mhz

The problem is that the timings are too loose to the point that they cannot run at 3600Mhz, and they were unstable until put at 3200Mhz. If you just need RAM and you don't care about the speed, then these were a good deal if they're not priced too high.
