Not to mention the RAM usage is up significantly, with zero programs running - or at least any I can see. I installed it on an ibuypower Snowblind gaming desktop, also purchased at Bestbuy.

Stuttering performance both running at factory preset and running XMP at 3200mhz. It’s unstable at higher speeds. I have MSI B550 tomahawk Ryzen 5800x and RTX 4080. Do not recommend.

So, I bought these. But, issues persisted and I ended up buying a new (compatible) motherboard. Unfortunately, the beeping and issues, though less frequent, continued. I tried reseating it, switching slots, but it was only when I removed one stick entirely that the beeping went away. So, in the end, I spent $93 (after tax) for 8 working gb. Fun.

I asked if it was SODIMM and they assured me that the memory would work. It was Desktop Memory. I had to return it.

My son was told it would fit and when he got home and tried it, it did not fit. Non-returnable once it’s opened and now his warranty on his computer is also invalid. Be careful!!

Unfortunately I had noticed after my return date had expired whilst considering overclocking my system. I will not be buying corsair memory again after this!

Where were you viewing the speeds that were showing 1200MHz? DDR4 based speed would default to 2133MHz and you would need to enable the proper speed profile in your motherboard settings to reach 3600MHz. This product has exceeded all of my expectations and even set new ones for my future products. It was an astoundingly satisfying feeling when I powered the computer on to find that it felt invigorated, and easier to use. Round of applause enabling me to install it easily, find it quickly, and have a simple time of ordering it online. The product is beautiful and frankly I wish I would’ve bought more like it.
