Would have been happy but I needed this item on a friday. Was going to do pick up but it wanted me to do shipping because it would arrive on friday. Well heres Friday and i get an email saying it wont arrive until next monday. I NEEDED it for computer fix then not after the weekend. Dont sell me a delivery date for an item thats already in your store if you cant meet the delivery requirements. This happens so much when Im about to purchase an item and then Ill be asked to do shipping instead with the promise of an early delivery only for it to change the day of. Gets really annoying after the 10th time. You have the parts in store, you say youll deliver by friday. Then turn around and ship me parts from NJ and get it delayed when the thing an hour down the road. Wasting my time and money

      Hello Musaline,

That issue is unrelated to the product itself, which is ours. Please contact Best Buy directly for any logistics' complaints.

Very Disappointed. I purchased three of these kits yesterday and installed the first one in a system. What the specs or package do not communicate properly is that the 3.6 GHz speed is only available in an XMP profile at 1.35v. The fastest this memory will run in standard configuration at 1.2v is effectively DDR4-2133/PC4-17000 which is incredibly slow. Not every system supports XMP, so the specs and packaging should reflect the possible speeds and what is required to run the memory at those speeds. I don't think that is too much to ask. Additionally, I tried the memory in a system that supports XMP and the system would not boot if the RAM was set to 3.6 GHz. I had to reduce the memory to 3.2 GHz before the system would boot. I tried two different kits to make sure that I just did not get a bad kit. The system that I tried them in normally has RAM in it that clocks at 4 GHz so I know the system will run fine with fast RAM. I'll be returning these kits today.
