Contacted Corsair and they offered to replace it however just ended up using the working one with the stock ram from my pc as they matched specs. Worked fine aside from one of them being a faulty card.

BUT bought 4 and 2 of the sticks were dead right out of the box.....otherwise they are great. Also don't get the 2400 speed if your a gamer since those are being fazed out unless you just use it to putze around internet or work.

One stick defective
