I had ordered this product online during the Black Friday deal and it got lost in transit so I had ordered a new one which arrived. I had contacted Best Buy to issue a refund for the original order which they said they have done however, I’ve never seen my refund come in. I’m very angry with both corporate and store level Best Buy customer service I’ve been trying to get my refund for the original order since December. They said that was my refund has been refunded back to my account back in December, which it has not. Other than that I like the product. It looks nice performs good I’m just very disappointed in Best Buy.
