It works while my computer is booting up, but once windows is signed in to I get no more rgb.

That is all I can say. 2 and half moth later one of the RAM sticks is crashing and computer will not boot up. Never overclocked. Used on a PC with I7 9700K liquid cooled, RTX 2070 and MSI - MPG Z390 motherboard. Plenty of fans keeping the PC cooled. Computer used maybe 20 times and after 2 weeks of vacation, came home to a dead PC.

Look for something that has 4000mhz with cl19 and try to down clock it to 3600mhz with cl14-cl16. It will last longer and you get better performance for a similar price.

DDR4 starts at 2133MHz, did you mean 3000MHz? If so, that's something that Ryzen systems would show as an issue at times depending on the motherboard and CPU used.
Memory Management Error constantly with this Ram

I've gone through 2 different set of these rams and it continues to give me the Blue Screen of Death (Memory Management Error). The moment I swapped these rams out, the issue stopped.
