rouge color single mismatched led after 8 months

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.memory-wise works great but after almost a year one led is not matching the rest all of the sudden and it can not be corrected even after changing color in Icue software it is orange spot when all green purp when all white dark blue when all light blue red when all yellow but when its all red there is no more spot of another color happened out of nowhere cant find fix or issue i have my a+ cert so I'm stumped here

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Have you tried forcing a firmware update to your memory modules via our iCUE software? You may do so via the vertical "..." that populates after checking for updates. If the issue persists, please get in touch with us - we'd be happy to get this issue resolved: support.corsair.com
