Waited for 25 min watching best buy team memebrrs have converstions was at the display case and 2 team memebers are having a conversation about a friend as im waiting they ignore me go the counter hes helping a customer as im waiting a sales rep asked if i had qurstion sad no just trying to get some ram, waited while he was doing his tech membership spill i went to go make sure they didnt have the white came back he was having a conersation with two temebers 2 of them look at me and ignore me im standing at the register waiting wasnt till the sales rep that helped a customer gave one of them something to check out for them asked me if i got my ram yet and got one of the help me. After waiting i get denied access to my points becuase me and my wife share her phone number as we opened a credit card for best buy that we will now be canceling and will no longer shop at best buy. Not my job to interput their conversation and be made to feel like a incovience to get some help. Wasnt that upset about the points was more bothered by the lack of customer service and the manager didnt even care. Oh and the idenity being required to redeem your points is bypassable apperntly if the manager feels its ok just not for me even tho my card is on file on the account im a pick up lerson on the account have a credit card with the store tied to this account. Have spent 4000 here over the past year plus the couple thousand the year before well microcenter will appreciate my buisness and amazon and target.

Corsair seems to be having issues with voltages - I often need to manually adjust, I expect more from this brand

The memory itself I received was Samsung b-die. Very good quality. The speed I was informed to use by the employee at 3200 mhz xmp I'm not happy about considering I own a Ryzen 7 3700x. They are happy at 3600 mhz. I wish I did my own research. 5 stars for the product, one for the knowledge.

They are not bad, but if you have a choice. Go G.skill. they would provide better price and performance.

Ram works wonderfully, the RGB is a little hit or miss. I've had it lock up a lot and have to force a firmware update to get it running again. If I bought everything again I think I would go with a different brand due to RGB issues.

rgb = no perforance gain rgb = more heat and more cost

wont clock to 3200 for me, will be returning. this corsair ram seems to have an issue with amd processors. the lpx worked no problem.

your better off buying from newegg the overclocking is no good pc crashes with the xmp profile
