Keeps failing

For months i had no issues with this ram, but suddenly it wouldn't load into my desktop. After quite a bit of trial and error i figured out two on my sticks of RAM had died. I replaced them with the same thing, and within a month the other set dies. Additionally the new set doesnt lock in properly, so i have to reseat one of the sticks every few days.
