Updated BIOS, updated the RAM through iCue somehow, but no go. I had to run them at 2933mhz which is what the MB can run without OC. had to return though because whats the point of having RAM that doesnt run at advertised speeds. I DID CHECK QVL AND THEY WERE LISTED ON THERE. Might be RAM size dunno. I switched back to my 16GB kit which is not listed on the QVL for the MB, yet it ran at 3200mhz which its what its rated for. so I cant figure this out. Might try a 4x8GB configuration see if that works

Yes I did make sure motherboard was running it at full speed.

The bad is on day 2, one memory stick stop lighting up. The whole purchase was based around thr rgb... I read others had issue's, I would stay away.

Have you tried updating your memory module's firmware via our iCUE software? If it is already up-to-date, I suggest forcing a firmware update via the vertical "..." that populates after checking for an update. If the issue persists, please contact us - we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com
