I don’t do much as blame BestBuy bc ram sticks are very sensitive, and are often times broke in transit!

It is generally not recommended to mix memory modules from different memory kits (even if the same model). Modules which do not come from the same kit may be nonidentical in version. Having nonidentical memory modules installed carry a high chance of bottle necking and/or system instability.
