I took it back to the store from which I purchased it and they stated it was the manufacturers problem and refused to let me exchange it for the same RAM but a different set. I understand the policy, but if you sell defective merchandise you should still honor your customer and at least exchange it for the same item. Instead I spent another $30 to send it to the manufacturer so I wouldn’t be completely out of the money I spent. Terrible customer service from Best Buy, lost my business for good.

Would run fine on one stick but the second i would put in the second it would crash even returned for the same pair and same issues. Ended up with the non slime model in black and had no issues since.
