BB replaced it no problem. Took a few days to figure out why my pc was in an endless boot cycle. It was a dead ram stick which is a rare occurrence.

More frequent than I feel should happen is the rig bogs down despite 64 GB of 4 x 16 memory being on the 50% or less utilized ryzen 9 5900x 12 core CPU around 10 to 15% and Radeon RX 6800 GPU not used at all. Restart clears it and temps are always under 65 and usually right around 60

After swapping back to my old ram and frequency, it now works. This is my first time having an issue with a Best Buy product.
