    Whether it's random disconnects, not being able to unmute, bloated software of iCue... Im having trouble loving this purchase. Its great when everything is working.. and thats MOST of the time.. but its a headache when things aren't working and ao many steps to fix things. When you pay this much... Hard to justify a 5 star ranking with the problems ive had.

    Have always been a fan of what Corsair produces and these are an even better upgrade than the previous version. The volume up/down wheel, the play/pause audio button as well as the programmable wheel.

    Honestly headset is terrible heavy, clunky, awful mic. Has the worst software ever mic doesn't even turn on if icue isn't open. worst feature of all is if you disconnect the mic it still picks up your voice with an internal mic in the headset with no option to turn it off. headset loves turning itself off while on my head but will stay on the whole night doing nothing on my desk just to be dead in the morning. no feature to balance the chat volume with the game audio so you can barely hear people while playing any game. Missing so many basic features you would see in a headset from 2012 I see why this on sale for like half the price. you can turn off the anc but not the mics like fire everyone who contributed to this terrible headset and they were charging 300 msrp unbelievable never buying corsair again straight trash straight, waste of my time and money now I gotta find another headset

    Finally a headset that doesn’t static and is very stable and trustworthy. Also very light for long hours of fun. 1 downfall is that it is geared more towards men so it falls easily on me because its big and it is already set to smallest size. Otherwise its great!

    I purchased these about a year ago. They are very heavy and with long gaming sessions I have to take breaks more often just to rest my neck. About 2 or 3 weeks ago the padding on the headband started to come off. I am very unhappy that such an expensive headset only lasted a year, while a very cheap ones lasted for 3-4 years.

    I had been using the corsair virtuoso for the past 2 years, and they were amazing. Recently I swapped to the virtuoso max, and they're even better!
