Sound quality, great aspect. However if you are suffering in finding comfort, these arent for you due to the texture of the ear cushion. You can replace them, except for the cushion from top, im having troubles since the foam is not big enough to avoid high pressure at the top of my head.

I love this headset, but its very heavy. I may end up returning for another one that is lighter, this one makes my head hurt

This a very good headset. Sound quality is excellent. If you want more bass corsair app on windows can easily be changed in the EQ section. The battery life is only 60 hours and wish it had more but its still really good overall.

I've had the previous version for a couple years and it was just time for the upgrade, yes it's pricey but the Quality has made up for it tremendously especially with the Bluetooth features!

I purchased these for mydaughter. She use them on her Playstation 5. They work great and are wonderfully made. They were on sale, so great of a price for a superior product. The sound is great andbthe cushion on these headphones are conformable. The sound is crisp and they just sound fantastic. She is very please with this product.

Love them I would say that there are some really good joints. You know a lot of people probably don’t really care for him because of the way, but that doesn’t really bother me much you know I think everything is great with him. I would suggest that you bring them out at a lower price to lower the price.

[Employee of bestbuy] I got this headset for my ps5 as a secondary headset. And it did not fail. In fact it was so good and so worth it that everything about it was good. The only downside to it personally was it that it was heavy and hard to get use to but after that it was great. Noise cancellation is amazing sound quality is amazing. Design nice and durable

Amazing headset. Sound quality is outstanding and mic quality is awesome as well. Comparing to the steelseries arctics pro these blow it out of the water sound quality wise.

The ear muffs are large and uncomfortable. The headband causes pain for anything longer than an hour. The sound is good but you have to spend forever fiddling with their software to make it work. I wont buy corsair audio equipment again. Stick with logitech or steelseries imo.

A step up in comfort from the Virtuoso XT model, which had bad peeling problems on the faux leather.

If you like corsair and high quality audio, this is the headset to get. It has amazing sound and can be tuned with Corsair's SoundID software. It has wide compatibility and amazing range. The only issue I've had is comfort with the narrow headband.

Bluetooth cuts out every once in a while.Then, I need to reset headphone to reconnect other than that.The headphones are great

[Employee of bestbuy] Coming from the Kraken V4 Pros and the Arctis Wireless Nova Pros, the Virtuoso Max easily has the best audio and mic quality of the two. Unfortunately, it falls short in comfort, as the top band causes a lot of fatigue. A few google searches show that this has been a long standing issue with the Virtuoso line, so that's a huge disappointment that upgrades have not been made on their halo product.
