This is the most powerful headset I’ve ever used when using the Dolby Atmos software.

Honestly headset is terrible heavy, clunky, awful mic. Has the worst software ever mic doesn't even turn on if icue isn't open. worst feature of all is if you disconnect the mic it still picks up your voice with an internal mic in the headset with no option to turn it off. headset loves turning itself off while on my head but will stay on the whole night doing nothing on my desk just to be dead in the morning. no feature to balance the chat volume with the game audio so you can barely hear people while playing any game. Missing so many basic features you would see in a headset from 2012 I see why this on sale for like half the price. you can turn off the anc but not the mics like fire everyone who contributed to this terrible headset and they were charging 300 msrp unbelievable never buying corsair again straight trash straight, waste of my time and money now I gotta find another headset

Have always been a fan of what Corsair produces and these are an even better upgrade than the previous version. The volume up/down wheel, the play/pause audio button as well as the programmable wheel.

Finally a headset that doesn’t static and is very stable and trustworthy. Also very light for long hours of fun. 1 downfall is that it is geared more towards men so it falls easily on me because its big and it is already set to smallest size. Otherwise its great!

I had been using the corsair virtuoso for the past 2 years, and they were amazing. Recently I swapped to the virtuoso max, and they're even better!

Long time corsair fan overall the headset is awesome only downside is occasional software bugs on icue

It’s excellent, but too expensive I would be more affordable if they lower down the price

This headset has been nothing but disappointing. To the fabric mesh just coming off due to cheap glue, and to the literal frame snapping just from taking the device on and off. I would recommend literally any other headset than this one, and ive used corsair headsets for quite some time. I paid full price for this sadly and its quite telling how much Corsair knows they messed up with this product since ive seen it for almost 50% off now pretty consistently.

Simultaneously the worst and most expensive gaming headset I've owned. Slightly crispy sound is the only thing it has going for it. doesn't work right in certain games, software is persistently if not permanently buggy and doesn't provide the things it says. Frequently loses connection when WELL within range. Might have made me lose a match because of the software crashing mid-game.
