Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

It's good but not great. Comfort is good, but the headphone cups could be a bit bigger. Headphone isn't heavy and it looks great, love the white color scheme, the build quality, and the RGB. My friends told me that I sounded great on the mic. Sound quality could be better, it's missing the oomf from the bass, even after I tweaked the EQ. Overall, I'm pretty satisfied them, it's a pretty solid pick up.

Change the ear pads and these are fantastic

Recently put together a new build, since we went with a corsair case and fans, figured we'd go with corsair peripherals that way I only needed one program to control everything. I'm not completely disappointed but this set could definitely be better, specially since the Arctis 9x is only a little bit more and is a better overall headset in my opinion. Don't get me wrong, this headset sounds pretty darn good, bass can feel flat at times but after some tuning I got these to sound the way I wanted them to. Windows spatial sound is nice, if that's not your thing these are surround sound capable as well. The presets are cool to have and the equalizer that comes with the iCue software is a nice bonus but like the title says, the ear pads on these are horrible. I believe the pads are foam but either way, they compress way too much and leave the frame that's protecting the drivers resting on the cartilage of my ears, which make them very uncomfortable for gaming sessions longer than 4-ish hours. If Corsair makes aftermarket ear pads, I couldn't find them. I did however find a pdf for 3d printed adapters that let you attach other after market ear pads and I may look in to that in the future if I don't return these. I would not recommend these until Corsair either puts better ear pads on these or offers replacements that are more comfortable.

Awesome cordless headset! The sound is excellent quality. I can get up & walk into the other room wearing the headset, without worry of interference. The battery has a long charge and for personal preference you can choose the color scheme & motion of it as well. All around a really an awesome purchase, I'm really satisfied!

These headphones are some of the best gamer branded ones you can buy right now for the PC. Yes they are a little costly but corsair products in my experience are worth it. These headsets do not disappoint. I picked up the 2 year warranty coverage for them as well hopefully I don't end up having to use it. Great headphones so far.

This is probably one of the best headsets I've ever had in terms of quality sound and performance. The RGB looks awesome, and the overall aesthetic is nice. I'm told I sound crystal clear and I can always tell where the sound is coming from while playing games. My only complaint is that after about an hour or two of use, the top center of my head has a sharp pain from the head strap. My Void Pros never gave the sensation. I have to shift the head strap forward or back to give the center of my head a break. Also, iCue can be a nightmare but I haven't had an issue with this headset yet.

Software is easy to use. Had for a few weeks now. I have owned a few pairs of "gaming headphones". Sound is awesome quality. Mic is nice and clear. It is comfortable to wear for long peroids of time. I gave 4 out of 5, because the muff part is on the smaller side for me. Other corsair products have fit me better, same with Logitech. Also I've noticed because other products fit my ears and head better, there was noise canceling effect. The muffs sealing against my head better. These headphones allowed for more noise to get through. Alot of reviews for these headphones, got great reviews from women, due to fitment. They are a great set of headphones. But overall, I would go back to the HS70 pro before buying again. The HS70 pro doesn't lit up, but for me, they fit better and sealed better, giving a noise canceling effect. They sound about the same, and mic quality is about the same. So for the $80 difference, I didnt feel like there's an $80 difference. If you really have to have RGB and white. Then they will be great. If you have other Corsair RGB products, it will use the same software (Icue i believe). They can run all the same lighting effects, so your headphones can match your other RGB accessories from Corsair. Which I feel is pretty standard at this point. Would recommend over Logitech in terms of software, firmware updates, and longevity. As for other brands, I'm unsure.

Love the headphones. I took 1 star off because of the crappy Corsair software. While these sound good, I am not sure they are worth the price.

I am overall impressed with this headset. A premium price but for a premium headset. Build quality is excellent and they look and feel amazing. Sound quality is also excellent to include the mic input as well. The side RGB also look amazing if you're into that sort of thing. My only gripe is that there is not an easy way to simply shut these headphones off. What I have done is gone into the iCue software and changed the auto shut off time from the default 10 minutes to 2 minutes. An easy fix however they could have just programed in a long press to shut these off like basically every other headset out there.

I do a lot of audio and video production work, so I'm used to having headphones in my head a lot. Overall, this headset is solid. I have other corsair products, so the fact that this syncs with the Corsair iCue app makes it easy to use with my other corsair themed products. The sound quality of the earphones are really good. The surround sound simulation is okay, but after using high end home theater gear over the years, surround sound simulations are always lack luster to me. The microphone quality is doable for game chats with your friends during gaming sessions, but that's about it. I wouldn't try and use it for any production recordings or anything of the sort. It's not the highest quality audio. The headset it's comfortable, but after long periods of time the ear cups tend to squeeze my head a bit and can often cause mild headaches. This might also be related to wireless radiation, but it depends on who you talk to on it that truly is a thing. I've never had wireless sync issues with this headset. I always stay connected. The next that it can be charged via USB cable makes it easy to plug into a USB port on the pc or a standard phone charger and let it charge. Overall, this headset does the job. I like the build quality, it's for the most part comfortable, and it works well with the iCue software. Corsair products never really disappoint.

They sound really good and they’re very comfortable. I don’t know if they’re $200 good. I think $160 would be about right but I liked the aluminum rather than the plastic.

These are very comfortable! I have 5 sets of wireless gaming headsets and these are the best. Sound quality is very good, they work exceptionally well with the Dolby for headphones program. Mic quality is best I've had on a wireless set so far. Overall I am a big fan of these and am very happy with my purchase.

I bought these for my husband for Christmas. Even though I have multiple gaming headsets, he had none, so I knew I had to go big! The price on these is higher than I would normally spend, but for Christmas I figured I can splurge. I went for these because these headphones just feel so sturdy and luxurious. The material on the ear cups is nice and soft, though the cups themselves are firm enough that they don’t feel cheap. The finish is mostly metal, and the dials all have a cross-hatch feel to them, like the volume knob on the Corsair keyboards. When you turn them there is some slight resistance, almost like the dial is just really heavy. I say this in a complimentary way, because it makes them feel expensive. Which they are! We love the versatility of this headset. You can use them wired or wireless, and the mic is completely detachable. This is great because my husband plays call of duty with friends on the PS4, and then he can take them upstairs to his PC and listen to music or play Witcher and the headset switches flawlessly for the different applications. The noise cancelling is also very good. He and I have both used these and we both love them. If you’re willing to pay the high price, we feel like it’s worth it.

I've been looking into the wireless headsets recently and I purchased this because of all the overwhelmingly good reviews. They are great pair of headsets the only issue, comfort. As someone who is on their pc for extended amounts of time. The pleather cushions are not the greatest, if it had come with swappable plush earcups they would be amazing. Also I wish the earcups were a bit more firm or a bit thicker, the pleather is very soft and conforms to your ear a bit too much. To the point where the tips of my ear were touching the speakers. So after a few hours of use that part of my ear was getting sore (I might just have big ears so take that with a grain of salt.). But they still feel good and they aren't heavy at all. If you want some gaming headsets that don't scream HEY LOOK IMA GAMER. These are the ones to go with. The RGB I feel is irrelevant because you will never see them and it does drain your battery so I'd say keep them off. When it comes to sound, out the box they do sound pretty good. You will have to mess with the ICUE settings if you are a big audiophile. I just wish they had a bit more bass to them but besides that fantastic pair of headsets.

I want to start with the build quality. It is absolutely super, coming from a plastic squeaky journaling cheap feeling headset, the Logitech g933 it feels much more sturdy a bit heavier in the materials feel a lot more expensive. As far as the sound, I feel like I'm hearing things that I've never heard before especially in instances where there are both low and high notes at the same time. My biggest case in point would be Arma 3. Where when I fire my gun not only do I get the sharp crack of the bullet but I hear the reverberation off the hills. It is a bit pricier but I believe it was worth it

Great quality and i got what i asked for. Sometimes auto turns off when i'm in a game but i think thats because i dont use the mic so it doesnt really sense activity. Sound quality is great. Im already integrated with all that is Corsair so its working all good for me.

I dont have anything bad to say about the quality of the headset or the sound coming out of it. The only 2 things i have complaints on are that the headset is pretty heavy compared to the hyperx clouds (but sound WAY better and have an EQ to make it sound like you want) and the earpads are a thick leather that gets really hot underneath on long gaming/streaming sessions. The earpads are easily swappable and you can get some velour or memory foam replacements for like $15 shipped. Would be nice for the price if they maybe had an alternate option in the box but the ones on their are nice just not breathable at all.

It's a very nice headset. A little heavy as it has metal pieces to add strength. I think that the ear cup could be a little bit bigger as the inner diameter is about 2.25 inches. My friends were able to notice the higher quality in the mic right away so, it can also be considered a gift to the people that you are communicating with.

This is my first 'high end' headset so I have nothing to compare it to. I like the comfort of the ear cups and the better than expected noise cancellation. The mic works well, but I am not a big time user of it. The battery time will last 6-7 hours for me. Great range. Overall, no complaints from me.
