Customers are saying

Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

These headphones are amazing, the battery lasts a really long time and they sound amazing, they come shipped without much bass but if you use the computer program you can turn bass boost on and they are perfect. You can charge them with the USB-C and listen to them at the same time.

I came from the Astro A50s and think that overall the A50s are a better headset. I will say that the quality of the Corsair Virtuosos is quite good. The addtiion of a USB-C charging port makes it easy to charge other USB-C devices. It easily transitions from USB to WIRELESS mode. Sound quality is maybe its lowest quality feature. I think that with some tweaking of my audio settings it can be improved. I have only used them for a couple hours but do recommend them to anyone who is looking for a moderately priced headset.

I bought this headset and thought they sounded really good, I returned the after about a week because my ears were touching the drivers and became uncomfortable after a while. I would have kept them if aftermarket cushions were sold but there aren't any for these at the moment. The cushions do come off by twisting them clockwise but they are attached to a plastic bracket so buying aftermarket cushions to replace them would be difficult. I would definitely recommend if you have smaller ears.

The Corsair virtuoso is a semi-perfect headset. The sound quality is great, and the icue software is great too. Except for when it was Spanish instead of English, but it shortly resolved itself. The only major problem I have with the headset is the battery. Corsair advertises 20 hours of seamless listening, except I could probably get 12. It’s not too big of an issue for me, but might be for people who use it all day everyday. The headset does behave weirdly if you walk out of it’s range. A couple of times I have actually had to restart my pc. The microphone is perfect, with no problems. It is clear, and feels “good quality” in the hands The comfort of the headset is immaculate. It’s got memory foam cups, and a very well built feeling. As well, as a higher quality plastic on the ear cups. I have owned this headset for almost a month, and honestly I think it is worth the steep price tag. I definitely believe there are some cheaper options on the market, but I went with Corsair because of icue and the immense level of comfort. Also I would recommend buying a headset stand, as you don’t want it to get scratched.

I don’t think my ears are big but they are wall to wall inside the pads so my ears become sore after a while. Never had that problem before. The sound quality is very good. The software is straight forward with many options to customize. The distance on the wireless connection is mid range. Cuts out in the next room as opposed to my last headset cutting out when I got outside. I do not recommend for the casual gamer. If looks and quality is what you want for this price then go for it.

It's a pretty goog headset, with a good audio improvement, but if you want to get the best audio that this headset can offer you need to download and use the icue softwa from corsair because it notably impruves the audio of the headset with the default eq preset or you can create your own presets, it is very confortable so you can have long gaming sessions I have Been using it for 2 weeks now and I calculate that my sessions have been approximately for 10 + hours each and never have feel pain or unconfortable with this headsets, you can still use it while it charge but when you use it via jack 3.0 the mic Dont work, the mic only works when you use the headset via wireless or USB type c to USB type a. Mic quality is pretty good maybe the best I have ever seen in a headset. REMAINDER: the only way to charge the headset it via USB port from another device to the headset, don't charge it directly to the electric sistem because the corsair warranty don cover overcharges and it is not designed to charge directly to the electric sistem. Have fun gaming.

Sound quality was very good. Good features and streamlined features work well like being able to use headset in wired or wireless configuration. Only problem I had with them was how hot I got from using them even for short periods of time and they were a bit heavy.

The sound on the headset is fantastic. I absolutely love it. The PROBLEM is the ICue software used to pair and sync the device. Every time the software updates the headset stops working and takes time to troubleshoot. Every time you lose power or make system changes you lose pairing and have to troubleshoot. It’s very frustrating. For that reason I wouldn’t recommend buying this headset.

After reading all the reviews of beat headset 2020 this was not my first choice. Bought the Arctis top of the line set and was disappointed at how quiet it was. Returned immediately. Bought these. Pros- volume Sound quality Mic quality Wired/wireless Classy looking - not bulky typical plastic "gamer" looking Plenty of adjustment Detachable mic Cons- Mic sometimes takes a minute to register when wireless Comfort could be better - have to adjust after prolonged sessions.

The surround sound is phenomenal, the audio quality is great and I'm a big fan of the corsair software for tweaking the EQ settings. After over a year the leather on the headband is starting to wear and the ear cups were replaced because one snapped off... but still a great headset.

Pros: -Great wireless battery life -Corsair software is one of the few good pieces of software out there -Fantastic sound range -Headset mic is probably the best one out there -Nice clean finish -3.5mm jack nice to have -USB-C charging which is amazing Cons: -EQ is essentially a must (AutoEQ wasn't great for me, had to customize on my own) -Wireless range could be better -Earcups are pretty small and overheat -Pretty expensive

I've used a few wireless headsets and this one by far is the best usb wireless i've used. The built in mic works great and the battery is still going strong with no issues. sound quality is 7.1 and corsair software lets you customize it however you like.

These headphones are great on the PC. BEWARE they suck on XBox One. I read the reviews prior to and still purchased to complete my Corsair setup. Unfortunately since you have to use the 3.5 jack to function on the XBox, you do not get the full quality of these headphones. I do not have a PS4 to test against but on the PC.... AWESOME. I use them for gaming and conferences for work. Sound quality is great. I would give 5 stars if the XBox quality was better.

Small Things Hold the Corsair Virtuoso back.

I bought this after I returned the Razr BlackShark (couldn't get the mic to work). The Corsair Virtuoso is well-made and has good sound (I think the Blackshark sounded a hair better), but I almost returned this one as well because the headband was killing my scalp. It's padded and all, but my head got incredibly sore after a couple of hours and I had to keep shifting it around. Over the past 2 weeks, the pain diminished and I can wear it for hours longer without a pressure point becoming unbearable -- still not the most comfortable headset I've worn, which is a bit disappointing for the money. It doesn't have any programmable buttons, so my push to talk is a bit problematic if I step away from the room. The other issue which is bumming me out is the battery. It's supposed to have 20-hours of battery life -- yeah, no. Not even close -- at least with this particular one. Started playing at 6 pm after charging it all day and by 12:30 a.m. the headset voice is telling me "Battery critical." I would jump into the Icue software to see if I could tweak the settings, but I can't access it. It shows in my Task Manager, but the app doesn't appear in my program list. Uninstalling and reinstalling had no effect.

Been using this for gaming and work. The construction is solid and doesn’t feel fragile. The sound from the headset is great via wire or wireless. Battery life is good. Only issue is the head strap can sit on the head hard and really mess up your hair.
