Customers are saying

Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

My husband and I have both had multiple headsets because we both game. This is absolutely the most comfortable headset! It’s so nice that it is wireless and the sound quality is impeccable.

for the price of this headset, it can be more comfortable. Personally I use my headset up to 12 hours at a time, and it starts to hurt my ears due to shape. Sound quality is amazing though and if you dont plan to use more than 3-6 hours at a time i recommend, just make sure you wear them at widest setting. For the price of 220$ plus tax, could be better.

Pros: excellent microphone, clear sound, the earcups are soft and not overly grippy, they are comfortable for long gaming sessions. My game rig is in well controlled temperature room at 72 F and the earcups do not make me sweat. Both wire and wireless are terrific but I often opted to use wire for serious gaming sessions. The headphones is well constructed, the aluminum frame is beutifully crafted. Cons: price

Needs a proper on/off switch. The range is nowhere close to what is advertised. The software is unusable at 4k. The headphones and microphone themselves work great though. They are durable and comfortable.

I'm not a gamer by any means. I'm a teacher. With the school system going virtual, I needed a good headset for teaching. The headset is comfortable and the sound quality is impecable. I like the fact that the headset is wireless. I can walk away from my computer and still hear and talk to my students.

The only thing I can say here is how I personally feel about these and my experience with them, having said that, I think they are great, fantastic, they are sturdy, solid, and very comfortable for my ears. I think some of the buttons could have been designed better but they work just fine. I game 8+ hours on my days off and have yet to run out of battery power, sound is great for me, no complaints.

Good headphones. Hyper X is probably more bang for your buck. But you’re paying for the Bluetooth capability with these, it’s nice to be able to plug them in and game with them. Or go blue tooth, take off the mic and use them as studio headphones. They look and feel way better than any headphones I’ve purchased. Good stuff.

The sound is good. Mac user here, so ICUE software doesn't work for me, so I can't finetune headphones. Also a bit tricky getting mic working on the X Box One. The salesmen probably should have shown me other options built for that game console, and the issue with the MAC. Not sure if it is exactly for me, but I like them in all other departments.

Great comfortable headset, the mic is detachable and comes with a case, sounds very nice when you have its setting set up, usually requires iCue to be up for it to work though.

Pros: -Sleek Look -Premium Build Quality -Headset Mic Quality -Type-C -Decent Range -Battery Life -iCUE EQ (Though I used EQ APO) Cons: -Driver Hassle -Sometimes Becomes Unpaired to Reciever -Out-of-the-box sound needs work I've previously owned other corsair headsets. Out of the box, this one feels more solid, but is still quite comfortable to wear. The sound quality is great, but without adjusting the EQ, there is little to no bass in the mix, drowned out by the high end. I used Equalizer APO to fix my mix, instead of the corsair iCUE EQ. The headset functions in both USB and wireless (2.4GHz dongle) mode, with a long USB Type-C connector, in addition to a standard headphone jack. The detachable mic has a mute button built into it's base, and the quality of sound from the microphone is near that of a $100 Blue Yeti, which I was very impressed by. The volume knob on the right side changes system sound volume, instead of headset volume, which I was not used to from previous Corsair headsets, but have come to like. Charges pretty quick and battery lasts as long as advertised, 20 hours is nice. Overall, great quality with a lot of premium features, and a good sound if you're willing to mess with it a bit. Even so, you get what you pay for.

Extremely comfortable and pretty good sound. For the price, the sound isn’t fantastic, but it can be fixed in the iCUE software. Love the option to use it with a 3.5mm jack as well.

These are the best headphones for my now work at home job. They are lightweight have great sound quality and fit nicely on my head. Good for ladies. They stay in place and do not slip around when I reach for things around my desk. I didn’t think finding something this good was even possible. Thank you Best Buy. People do need to go into your stores to evaluate their choices. Buying the first two pairs blindly online wasted my time

Really like them. Install the app and just add a bit of bass and the sound is good. It’s so nicely made and looks brand new when my Sony MX4 headset is already wearing out the pleather on the headset. Aftermarket pads are a $20 investment that provides a much better seal. Don’t pay much more than $200 and the MX has Bluetooth.

Download iCue and put it on Bass Boost. I listen to Hip Hop (Youtube) 50% of the time and this thing knocks. Audiophiles will wet themselves. You want to hear game insects crawling 2 meters behind you on the right? Virtuoso got what you need. Put them on with no sound and listen to the world go silent. Quality...holy smokes these things got it with aluminum laptop machining and comfy pads. I have owned the top notch gaming Logitech headsets and others, but these are the finest set that has ever graced my ears. Even the microphone (removable...sweet) is a work of art and offers clean chats. USB-C charge/data port? Yes please, may I have another?
