I like this headset.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far these have been some of the best headsets I've owned. Only a few minor issues. Mic quality is really good so good that it will pick up the sounds coming from the headset. So other people in my party will here an echo. Top quality but a little heavy. Design is awesome. I use them with my pc and xbox. Xbox only works when wired to the controller but will work when headset is not charged.

I love these.
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My only gripe is that I really wish these didn’t need that stupid usb receiver. Besides that, these are fantastic headphones and will play for hours without needing a charge. You can run them wired or not. With the mic on or off. Fantastic construction. Very sturdy and even put up with me falling asleep and tossing and turning all night more than once. They sound like a million bucks. Love them.

One of the best
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had the headset for about a week now. I play mostly FPS and had hyper x, Arctis 7, Corsair Void. This is by far the best of headset for gaming. After tweaking the EQ a bit footstep are louder, easier to hear the shots are coming from. I used them to watch Avengers End Game and the sound was very good as well. Music is clear and crisp a little more bass is needed but tweak the EQ and you can tune it your musical tastes

FatHead Mics ;)
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hi guys! So if you have a Big Head or are tired of getting a headache from playing all day...these are the ones for you. They were comfortable but unfortunately too loose for me. I believe Astros have better sound quality for Rainbow Siege 6 but honestly it could change for other games. There was an echo for me but not my boyfriend so my guess is you have to play with it a little.

So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Traded in my corsair void pro for this today, so far its great! Love the comfort, i feel like i get better sound then the void pro only because of fitting cant really tell if there is a difference in sound other then how it fits. Overall great sound very comfortable, love how you can use it on all devices. My only cons are i dont like how the microphone cant tilt up but it is removable and im confused because i guess it has no power button?

Great for Gaming
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cons: sound quality for music is just above mediocre. had to spend time fine tuning EQ to get the sound where i enjoy it. no chat mixing (meaning no seperate channel for chat audio) constantly need to check for updates. Pros: Playing FPS games with 7.1 surround sound i can hear footsteps more prominently than on my turtle beach headset. ear cups feel great. boot up time is literally the flip of a switch

||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Happy overall with battery life, look & feel of quality, sound & mic. But I think my head is too big or the headset doeant give enough room. It also hurts my ears!

||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok I love the style looks great but I hate the fact that the mic stays green when in use while ur playing does not flash but stays on. It was hard to get use to but in time you'll get better, battery life feels like 18 hours to me but other that that the sound quality I great. Also you can use it on your android or iphone device if you have an adaptor for the aux cable doesnt have to be on thx

Fantastic Headset
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have been using this for at least 3 hours a day (usually more) every single day since I have gotten it and I love this headset. Not only does it charge pretty fast it doesn't have to be charged that often which was a big concern for me when I was looking into wireless headsets, as a small plus the charging cord it comes with it very long so you can easily use it while plugged into the back of your computer and still move around comfortably. It is great for ears that don't fit well in the oval shaped headsets and doesn't hurt around your head after a few hours of wear. Really the only down side is where the top part extends to become larger will snag and pull on long hair.

Solid build but not worth the hype
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very high quality looking and feeling headset. However it has some areas of improvement for the next generation. 1. It had a really hard time syncing it to my computer wirelessly. I updated the firmware and eventually gave up on trying to have the 7.1 surround sound work with Overwatch. 2. The base is very weak compared to my Steal Series Arctics Pro wired headsets. I was hoping this could take its place but I honestly can say that the Steal Series is my top pic even though it’s wired. 3. The ear cups are very shallow for someone with bigger or average sized ears for a male adult. Might be better for a younger person or someone with smaller ears. 4. The price is high and given the issues people on forums are having with it working properly. Check out the forums before buying this product it might save you some headaches. Check out the connectivity issues people are having. The microphone is good and sounds great on the lesser priced white version. It is worth checking out the white version that is cheaper. I have a friend who loves his.

Solid robust Wireless Option
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very Solid Wireless PC headset mic quality is good corsair ICUE software is functional, after a few weeks of use the headset got broken in and has been super pleasant to wear. Not lightweight by any means but a nice solid headset that is serving me well so far. Sound quality is on par with most $70-$100 headsets the mic sets this one apart.

Well-made, very durable
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This headset is fantastic. Everything about it feels premium. The headband and earcups are soft and don't leave my head/ears feeling hot. The mic quality is outstanding...much better than my Razer Kraken wireless headset mic. The main construction of the headset is aluminum. The headset has very minimal plastic and all of the major stress areas that could easily break are made of aluminum and not plastic (like my Razer headset.) Great price for a headset of this quality. Sound quality is pretty good. One thing to note is that I occasionally get a weaker signal depending on how far I wander from my PC. We have a LOT of wireless devices in our home and this may not be an issue for most people. Highly recommended.

Worth the money.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been on the hunt for a good do it all headset for a while and was hesitant on spending the money on this one at first because i watched reviews and everyone was saying it lacked in some areas including bass. Well, let me tell you, once you get the EQ settings set up, there is no lack of bass and this headset performs phenomenally. you can literally use it with PC, xbox, ps4 and i think switch as well as your phone. The sound quality is crisp and the headset really has a premium feel and the mic is amazing. Its comfortable and i have literally used it for 8+ hrs straight and it doesnt phase me. absolutely worth the money for the SE. Do not buy the cheaper version, this one is absolutely worth every penny.

Excellent headset for an audiophile...and a gamer.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Starting off, the care taken with these is evident from the moment you begin to open the box. I won't go over all the details, but suffice it to say that even the packaging is immaculate. In the box is the Virtuoso SE, a beautiful protective case (with interior pocket for wires, etc), a box containing the USB-A to USB-C cable (needed for HiFi audio), the 3.5mm aux cable and the wireless dongle. The build quality is great with these, the cables are braided, there is a lot of metal used in the construction which, fortunately, looks durable and classy rather than gaudy. There is also your usual quick start, warranty, etc booklets. Initial setup is a breeze, especially if you already have iCUE software from Corsair. Download any firmware updates and you're immediately good to go. Go to your PC sound settings in control panel and you will notice several options with these as far as sound quality, in addition to spatial sound (Windows Sonic or Dolby Atmos). I made myself a custom EQ in iCUE for music and movies and I use a preloaded setting for gaming. Atmos and Sonic are both OK, but they disable EQ settings - which I am not a fan of because these headphones are not particularly bass heavy. As for the headphones themselves, the build quality is immaculate save for one tiny detail, which I will get to. The earcups are probably the most comfortable I've ever worn, and are plenty big (I have piercings and glasses, no issues thus far). The controls on the headset are simple - a mic mute button built into the removable mic (which sits perfectly flush when plugged in), a volume knob made of machines metal, and a wireless/wired switch. On the left side is a USB-C input (also perfectly flush) and a 3.5mm input. My one issue is that the wireless/wired switch is loose, not a huge deal, just worth noting. Doesn't detract from the overall product for this user. The RGB perforations on either side are a nice, yet subtle touch. Overall, these are sleek, classy, and do not give off the obnoxious gamer vibe of many gaming headsets. I am not noticing any of the discomfort other users have had from extended use with these (had them on for almost 8 hours straight for homework/study yesterday), though I could see where that may be an issue for some users. They are very comfortable, and I like the weight as an indicator of quality and durability. The sound quality: I have them plugged into a Corsair ST100 from my Zephyrus G14. I use Tidal HiFi and on occasion SoundCloud for music streaming. Tidal offers anything from your basic low quality streaming up through studio quality "master tracks", and it all sounds great on these. It's fun to revisit old music and hear small details you may have missed before. I listen to metal, edm, hip hop, country, jazz, classical, alternative, pretty much any genre to be honest, and these more than accommodate all styles of music. They just sound CLEAR. As I noted before, these are not very bass heavy. I like to really feel the bass in my music, so after messing around in iCUE and sound settings for about half a day, running through dozens of tracks and clips of shows, I was able to create a great EQ setting that suits my preferences. I am now very happy with the sound, and everything else. Worth noting that the build of the earcups does a wonderful job of isolating sound. I think that's about all I want to get into. Just a few final things: these work great for the three games I've tried with them so far (Rome II Total War, Metro Exodus, Rocket League). I'm not as picky about my gaming audio, but the 7.1 option in iCUE combined with the 8 channel mode in sound settings is a great combination, particularly for stealthy play in Metro. The mic is crystal clear according to my pals. I do NOT know if these are truly compatible with Xbox - my friends said I had significant echo with these. Need to explore that more. Also have not used the wireless dongle at all - I bought these for the audio quality, which will always be best via wires. That's it, hope this is helpful!

Virtuoso wireless RGB
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very comfortable, sturdy headset. This thing will last you years, I’ve already had mine since Christmas of ‘22. Easy to setup and use, equalizer helps ensure you get the most of the headphones. Long battery life, fast charging. Beautiful RGB lights which you can control using Corsair hub. Wireless usb makes this hassle free, overall a solid headset.

Fantastic headset
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new headset after my last mod mic died. Decided to go full wireless, and after trying the Razer Nari ultimate, Astro A50, sennheiser GSP 670, Arctis pro wireless, and Audeze Mobius I found these and I got to say, I am a massive fan of this headset! I didnt like the mic quality of the Nari ultimate and the virtual surround was awful. Not to mention I did not find the rumble addition was helpful at all. I turned it off immediately. The astros to me were very uncomfortable and honestly didn’t sound great. The sennheisers were okay sounding, but were very large, heavy, and uncomfortable with a pretty low quality mic. Not to mention the Audeze mobius had WAY better sound. Now why wouldn’t I go with the mobius then? They are the best sounding, most comfortable (for me), and had great features. The connection was AWFUL. It would disconnect every 15-20 minutes. The mic quality was one of the worst I have tried, and not to mention they are extremely expensive. I have multiple pairs of Audeze headphones for listening to music and love the brand, but this headset was such a let down for me. Are these the best headset ever? No. They aren’t the best for simulated surround, however I use the headset in stereo most of the time and this is completely adequate to head directional audio. The bass is a bit boomy, but nothing like the Razer or Astro. The highs are not as clear or sparkly as the Sennheisers, but that’s to be expected for $100 cheaper. And the overall sound quality is not as good as the Mobius. Overall, would I recommend these? Yes. 100% They are comfortable, nice looking, good sounding, and have great connection with the slipstream dongle. Very happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see more headsets of this quality and price on the market

Not bad
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Build quality is good but the soundquality of the headset is ehh unless you wired in and that's when the headsets shine. After a while the headsets feel very tight it could be from being a new headset and it hasn't really been broken in yet but we will see battery life is superb just wish xbox had no connection issues with dongles in general. Good headset all in all

Great Value! Solid construction.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was impressed with this headsets performance for its relatively budget friendly price. I personally own the Steel Series pro wireless headset that’s $330 as well as the Astro A50s and the Turtle beach stealth 800s. Point being I have tried a number of headsets around this price range. This headset delivers sound that is near as I can tell equal to that of the pro wireless headset. The construction of the headset is solid and feels very quality. The mic is decent for what it is. Think it’s a bit over hyped on the packaging. It’s not bad but it’s also not the level of amazing they make it out to be. It’s on par with the competition. What is probably the most sucky about this headset is the battery life. Really the only issue I have with the headset. The packaging says 20 hours and I’m not sure what they are talking about. While using the Mic and gaming it typically lasts about 6-8 hours before it needs plugged in. I tend to game at least this long often longer in one go so that is a bit annoying to me. Conclusion. This headset is great. For $200 it might be the best you can get.
