They’re pretty good headphones they reach a long distance

My son loves these headphones. I see now that it was worth the cost.

I don't know if I am doing it right but every time I turn it off if I hit it or something it automatically turns on and it's super ignoring to turn it off I try looking it up but everyone keeps on saying the same thing and I just leave it but the time I use it I got to charge it

Good connectivity to Bluetooth. Quick connectivity to wireless adapter. Sound quality is 7/10. Not the best but works well with Microsoft spatial sound activated.

So far after 2 months they have been fantastic! A lot of people are saying they shut off after 10 minutes or so, they have an auto shut off you need to turn off in the ICue app and that will fix that issue! Mine has never shut off since turning that off.

I was onw of the first through the door when they opened right at 11am and the gentleman asked what i needed and he took me right to the PC headsets and i found what i needed.

These are great headphones and my son loves them I haven’t had any complaints. But that’s crazy if I trade them back to BestBuy they will only give $20.00 for 200.00 headphone.

The ONLY downfall of this head set... Not wireless for Microsoft Xbox. It still works like a wired Xbox headset... Which charges while it's plugged into the Xbox controller... Works great on PC.

I wish I could keep these, i love everything about the sound. The spatial audio is thw best Ive ever had. However when you switch to wireless mode, due to it signaling in the 2.4ghz frequency. If you are within ten feet of your router, the sound constantly drops. It is a known issue in forums, and there is, to date, no fix. Very disappointing.

Battery life could be better and the app needs a lot of work

I was a bit disappointed. I paid double my last pair and expected excellence. First thing I noticed is the range is very small. I can't even walk into the other room without it cutting out immediately. The charge doesn't last that long, either. I charge them every day, but they always seem to start beeping at you very early. The beep is very loud, too. If you don't go get your cord and plug them in, it will continually beep and annoy you. I like that you can charge it while you listen, that's the only plus. Not worth the price.

Bought for my husband for his birthday and he loves them. He especially likes that they can be used for his phone as well as his computer. These replaced his turtle bay headset which he had for years.

Great mic, sound is actually loud and clear, compatibility is excellent. Very comfortable. Great for gaming.

Overall great wireless headset, with a lot of features that you would expect for the price. I love the Dolby Atmos sound it provides.

I love this headset, i can have my games going and also listen to music from bluetooth or even answer phone calls. As a business owner/gamer being able to take calls is a major plus for me.

The charging port for the headset is kinda loosen.

it's a really good headset I just wish I could walk 15 feet to my kitchen without it loosing connection to my game or even to the bathroom which is one room away but when you're using the headset by the computer it sounds perfect and you can change the audio you hear I like it

I own about a dozen gaming headsets so I know which ones are good and which ones are comfortable. These a too small and will not fit larger heads. I would say these will only fit small heads... maybe kids? No joke. Also the ear pads are not comfortable. They are are very shallow and your ears will touch the drivers. Is it too much to ask for some thicker pads for comfort on a $200+ of headphones. To fix the thin ear pads, I bought thicker ones on Amazon. However, the headset literally doesn't fit at all on my ears anymore because it's maximum size adjustment is so small. I really don't understand why companies make small gaming headsets. Don't buy these.
