Excellent product. dont know if its for everyone
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dont know what it is about these cans but I just dont love them. I love the bluetooth/wireless connectivity to your phone and to your computer. I love having no cords. the mic sounds great. There is just something coming from a boom mic and Beyerdynamic headphones that is not sitting right with me and I can't put my finger on it because it sounds great. The bass is pronounced and it can get super loud which is why I chose this over a steelseries collection. My only complaint is that it doesnt create a seal and if you get hot, it can get sweaty. This is high quality construction, beautifully designed and it might be for some people but maybe I'm just used to something less pronounced.I recommend you try it because it might be a good fit for you

Nice headset, but don't expect it to last
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm writing this review 10 months after my original purchase. I just had them replaced under geek squad warranty. The ear cuff material is a fake leather that deteriorates way quicker than I expected. After less than a year about 1/3 of the material had peeled off and the cushions had flattened to less than half their original size. The ear pads are replaceable but that would only be a positive if the original pads could outlast the warranty. Microphone and speaker sound quality is great and the main reason why I went for a same model replacement. The multi-connection support is also a huge plus. All in all a okay headset at a premium price point Understand that the extended warranty should be a part of the investment as you'll be needing to replace parts of it within a year.

Great sound but falling apart with regular use
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Keep in mind that this headset requires a "break in" period. Discomfort around the 2 hour mark for me, but after a few weeks that went away and they are very comfortable. The sound quality is great on games and movies, I can not speak on the mic quality since I never used the it. Pairing with iPhone works great. Battery life is solid. Unfortunately, the quality of the ear cups is poor. In less than a year of regular use, mainly for gaming and watching movies the cups are falling apart. I can not recommend this headset at this price point.

Big head problems
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are good headphones sounded great but the only problem I had with them is that they’re a little heavy because they’re made out of a lot of metal and also they didn’t fit my big fat head but that’s a me problem maybe they’ll fit your little tiny peanut head

Great headphones!
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Build quality superb, sound & mic quality excellent. 24/96 in usb wired mode, can also accept 3.5mm input from your favorite DAC/Amp. I loved the overall quality, it was just a bit too heavy on my head. YMMV

My favorite headset so far.
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a high quality comfortable headset that I absolutely love. The ear padding is just the right thickness and the adjustments fit a wide variety of head shapes and sizes, All of that and the sound and mix quality are second to none.

Crazy, Sexy, Cool
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great quality headset. Comfortable, heavy but built to last. My one complaint is the mic is sensitive to ambient noise. DL Voice software for noise canceling. There is a uni-directional mic I can order but just spent couple hundred bucks, don't feel like spending another $30.

Corsair headset
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best headset ever. The quality is there, the price is steep but you get what you pay for. Quality. The battery life is shorter than what i expected but the quality of the headset makes up for that. The only problem ive experienced is the corsair software. It causes major stuttering in games (such as warzone) but it works just as good without the software installed.

Solid mic
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound and comfort. Would be a 5 star if it did say "Mic off, noise canceling off" Mic on noise canceling on" every time you disable or enable the mic.

Great product but short range
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great sound, very comfortable and high quality. Flexible and detachable mic. The only problem I have is the range of the connection, unfortunately when I go downstairs it gets disconnected. But overall a great product

Well worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These are fantastic! However, if you’re in between these or the corsairs below this one, I don’t believe it’s twice the price worth. If you have the extra dough, and feel it’s best to get the BEST, well these are it. Best microphone, battery life and sound, EVER.

Pricey for what it does but works for me
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a very specific use-case involving phones and PCs which is how I settled on these: 1. When working from home, I wanted to be able to listen to music from my home computer and attend meetings on my work laptop without having to swap cables/turn on/off bluetooth/etc. In addition, the headset should have low latency and working mic when plugged into my home computer for gaming when not working :) 2. When working from the office, I wanted to be able to listen to music & take calls on my phone while attending meetings on my work laptop without having to swap cables/turn on/off bluetooth on either the phone or laptop. Since generally bluetooth latency ranges from "ok" to "good" on phones (I have an Android that doesn't have a headphone jack :( ) and "poor" on Windows due to codec differences, at the office I wanted to be able to BT to my phone while plugged into my laptop with working mic and at home I wanted to be able connected to my work laptop and my home computer at the same time, all with minimal latencies preferably without having to reconfigure everything. In addition I don't have admin access in Windows on my work PC so the headset should work out of the box with it. So, after spending hours on RTINGS, I picked the Corsair Virtuoso RGB XT. It ships with a 2.4ghz wireless usb dongle, a wired USB-A to USB-C cable, and a 3.5mm TRRS cable. The detachable mic has a micro-USB connector on it (in order to support the RGB on the of the mic that shows mute status). The Headset itself on the right cup has a toggle switch for switching between Wired and Wireless Dongle mode. There's also a separate set of buttons for toggling Bluetooth modes and adjusting Bluetooth volume. There's a scrollwheel for managing the volume in Wired/Wireless Dongle mode. This is slightly confusing, but my guess is that Corsair took the Virtuoso SE which doesn't have BT and just shoved a whole separate BT module into it. Configurations I've tested: * #1 USB Cable plugged into Desktop, Wireless dongle plugged into Work Laptop. I have to flip the Wired/Wireless switch when I want to switch audio sources between laptop and desktop. Voice quality is good. * #2 BT paired to Android Phone, USB Cable plugged into Work Laptop. With the headset toggled to Wired mode, I don't have to touch anything to talk via the laptop while streaming music on the phone. Voice quality is good. * BT to Laptop, USB Cable plugged into Desktop. The mic pickup by the laptop & latency using the default BT mode is really really bad. Can't do calls on the laptop with this setup. I haven't tested any configurations with the TRRS cable, mostly because using the USB cable is working fine and charges the headset at the same time. Bonus: configuration #2 means I can leave the USB wireless dongle plugged into the docking port at home, and don't have to take it with me when I go to the office. Ergonomics: These headsets feel ok, but not as comfortable as my old Razer Blackshark wired headset due to less padding over all. The cups are somewhat shallower too, which other reviews have noticed and your ears may hit the drivers, but I wear these for hours at a time and they don't hurt or anything. I like how the cups do fold flat for better backpack storage during transport. Sound Quality: The sound quality has been much maligned in other reviews. iCue software lets you provide custom equalizer settings. I'm not very picky but I did install iCue on my home computer and set it to some recommendations on Reddit. I have not tested the Dolby Atmos on PC. Minus 2 stars due to: bad bluetooth support on PC, sound quality, price and ergonomics. Plus 1 stars due to the diversity of connectivity options, fulfilling my business requirements.

Great headset.
|Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.[Employee of bestbuy] This is an amazing product. I like the fact that it connects to my PC, my phone and my consuls it has the wireless dongle. It has the Bluetooth and it has a wired connection. The one thing I wish that it was able to do is connect to my Xbox series X wirelessly. but the wired connection is not so bad. The only other thing also is that there is an a power on our power off button so if you happen to leave it switch on to wireless and don’t have it charging the battery does drain pretty quickly, even when not in use. I would’ve given it a five star. If you did have a power on and power off button and was able to connect to my Xbox wirelessly better than that great price, great value for what it offers

Awesome!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great headset! Nice upgrade from the standard or SE model but not a must have over those headsets unless you need Bluetooth connectivity. Besides adding Bluetooth to connect to a phone or TV, which you can mix with Wireless/USB audio, Corsair also added padding to the headband to reduce pressure on the top of your head. They improved the earpads as well, even though they look almost the same, they added a bit of padding and improved the seal so bass performance is a little better. On the older models, the earpads were too thin, and it was mandatory to swap them out for thicker pads available after-market. Same great mic as the SE. Also, not sure why people are having issues with these and Corsair iCUE software - I have three (a standard, an SE, and now an XT) and have never had any problems. I have a pair of Astro A50s and A40s as well, and these have a much better build quality and a way better mic. However, the Astros have the best noise gate and are probably more suitable if you're in an environment with a bunch of background noise.

Solid buy for sure
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Versatile headset for gaming. Love the ability to not only be Bluetooth but have wifi capability for connectivity. The battery life could be better but it doesn't bother me too much since I mainly keep it corded. RGB but obviously it's really out of sight and not something I have set up in iCue. Comfortable headset out of the box. 4 stars but definitely a good buy. Big dock is the initial sound out of the box. Recommend using the Dolby Atmos app and adjusting your sound profile.

Great sound and features
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At first I thought they fit a little lose but it's just because there so light and comfortable. Sound is excellent and being able to connect to my PC and cellphone at the same time is really great. Range is excellent, and free Dolby Atmos is awesome. The mic quality is unbelievable and almost as good as a $100/$150 standalone podcast type mic
