Customers are saying
Customers admire the VIRTUOSO XT Wireless Gaming Headset for its sound quality, comfortable design, long battery life, and effective Bluetooth functionality. Some customers have noted the headset's weight and that the bass may not appeal to everyone. Others mention the wireless range could be better, the price is a bit high, and the associated software is not great. Overall, the positive features seem to outweigh the negative ones for most users.

Be Warned
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The original calibration of sound REALLY needs tweaking because this $200 headphone headset will sound like the 5 dollar ear pods they sell at Walgreens. Other than that, it’s a really good headset and I recommend it.

Nice
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought these to replace my worn out Steel Series Arctis Pro Wireless and was not disappointed. They have a very good sound profile and they are coupled with Dolby Atmos so games that support it are very immersive. Also helps that it works with and matches the rest of my Corsair parts in my PC.

Cosair virtuoso xt
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Totally awesome product , I just wish there is a way to adjust the chat mixer on the app. I also wish you could do it to Dolby access app also , but as far as sound and the functionality of Bluetooth it’s great and sounds great . Cosair please tweak a few things in the icue app to make your headset line sound super amazing.

Sound quality good - RMA BAD
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would rate these higher but here it is December (I purchased them in May this year) and I had to RMA them because the notification keeps telling me battery critical about 10 minutes into use after a full overnight charging. No big deal right? Well they send me a refurbished unit back. Almost $300 for a headset and they arent going to send me a new one? Ok fine. w/e. 2 days into use and the mic starts cutting off and I have static in the headset and now I have to RMA them AGAIN. Oh, all this is after paying $270 for an advanced RMA...So other than all of that? Yeah they sound amazing. Just not sure of the build quality.

Price doesn't mean a thing.
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I want to start by saying that I work in customer service so believe me when I say that I have a LOT of patience. These are the WORST gaming headphones I have ever bought. I've owned these headphones for about a year now but even on day one I noticed things I was not happy with. The Bluetooth range on these things are awful especially considering my wireless void headphones are 200 dollars cheaper and do not cut out at all when I leave my room and walk outside. Another thing is battery, again my corsair void wireless headphones would last what seems like a week without charge vs these headphones literally only last two days and I use them just as much as I did my void headphones. Audio quality was crisp, as were the void headphones but bass on these were nonexistent. For literally an extra 200 dollars I expect corsair to trump their cheaper headphones but apparently that isn't the case. Capitalism at its finest...

Posted .Hi Egarcia,
Sorry to hear about your experience. Have you tried adjusting the RGB lighting to help prolong your VIRTUOSO's battery life? In terms of audio quality, I would make sure Dolby Atmos for Headphones is enabled via Windows' sound settings. You may also adjust the EQ for additional bass via Dolby Access. Please feel free to contact us - we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com

No Chat Mix in Highest Level Corsair Headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm going to keep this really brief as I do not typically write reviews of anything. I'm a PC gamer exclusively. This is the most expensive gaming headset Corsair offers. The build quality is the only reason it got two stars from me. The audio quality is really bad. At max volume, it is about half that of my Astro A50 headset. The EQ settings can not be changed if you have Dolby Atmos enabled on PC. This may have remedied the low volume, but it would this take away the only other reason I purchased these; the spacial audio gained from Dolby Atmos. I bought this to replace my old Astro A50 as the build quality on that is terrible. The ultimate deal breaker wasn't even the low volume... it was the lack of chat mix. For the layman, chat mix is the ability to control the volume of the game and the chat separately. This feature should be common across the board for any high end gaming headset. I can tap the side of my Astro A50s to raise or lower each. It matters for any team based game, especially first person shooters. It is embarrassing at this point that any manufacture doesn't offer that. Looks like I will be holding on to my Astro A50s until the next version comes out... hopefully built better.

Absolutely amazing sound
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, the price of these are a little up there, I happened to get them on sale which saved me a ton. But don't let the price scare you away. You will not be disappointed in the quality of these headphones. The Mic picks up the sound of your voice while leaving all the background noise out of your game.
