Best gaming headset I have ever used! im coming from my Astro A40s with a mix amp, razor nari ultimate and Beoplay portal, I have tried also hyper x too and none of them match up these headphones. I highly recommend to anyone pc gaming.

This headset has excellent sound quality. The microphone is also super crisp. People in my zoom meetings have commented on how clear I sound. But everything else about it is at best just Okay. The driver for this is terrible. It won't work properly unless you have the corsair iCue app up at all times. Even if the app is set to load at startup on your system you will still need to actually open the app client. Windows has a heck of a time switching over if you change from a wired to a wireless connection. nine out of ten times it requires you to manually change your system's sound setting before it recognizes the headset. It also will randomly disable Dolby atmos which also freaks out your computer and causes driver issues. To make a long story short, if you're not great with computers don't buy this as you will find yourself constantly trying to figure out why you can't hear anything out of it. But if you're okay with constant adjustment of your system's sound settings then it's a great-sounding headset. I personally will not buy another one though and would not recommend it to friends or family as it simply requires too much maintenance to keep it working on a PC. It could work better on other platforms such as Macintosh or xbox but I won't comment on those as I have only used it on a PC

Good headset low battery life imo but audio is good and has simultaneous play

Sounds is good, battery seems to be ok. Mine have an error where the power light just constantly blinks red. The website gives you a method to correct it, but that didn't work. Also, the mic is clear, but need some fiddling to get it into just the right position, otherwise no one could hear me talk.

Great sound and sound control. Did not struggle with my teammates trying to hear me and the game itself. Being able to Bluetooth to my phone, kept me from missing phone calls. With easy switch over capability.

These are good headphones that my brother seems to enjoy while gaming

I wanted to not write this review. I love the sound quality ... when it works. The sound will randomly be "fuzzy" and my mic will sound like I've drained an entire balloon of helium. I've tried every fix under the sun that's been recommended online, but its so random I never know if the fix worked until it randomly happens again. I bought my wife the Virtuoso SE at the same time I purchased these, and there have been zero issues on her end. After a few weeks of dealing with this, I am returning them for something different.

Great headset but software can be a problem. Icue defaults the audio to 8 channel which is a known problem for windows and every time you need to change it back to 2channel audio

These headphones are by far the best that I have purchased from Best Buy ! The sound quality is great , the overall quality is great also. Packaging is by far the best too ! Great buy !

These are great for the amazing sound quality and the multiple devices it can be connected to. The only drawback are the earcups which can be a bit much after extended use. You can find replacement foam cups on amazon that are a little more comfortable.

Love the headset yet after long gaming session the weight is pretty heavy. Recommend for sure!
