My main disappointment is the lack of strong bass it is BARE BONES, even my cheap 30$ headphones have more bass than these. build quality is great but Giving it a 2 star due to the 300$ pricetag

Thank you for your feedback. Have you enabled Dolby Atmos for Headphones via Windows' sound settings? You may find video guidance on doing so here: (https://youtu.be/V_Sq6lqTK7w). Aside from iCUE's equalizer, you may also use Dolby's equalizer via their Dolby Access app, which this headset provides a license for. There are bass boost presets, otherwise you may create a fully custom EQ profile that tailors to your ears. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: help.corsair.com
