The issue was frustrating, having my mic audio cut out every few seconds and the headset re-syncing with the dongle. An update fixed it, and everything has been great since. Would recommend.

He complained that the sound quality isn't as great as other headphones out there. He does love how sturdy and sleek this is, but other than that he has connectivity issues here and there and randomly disconnects. I unfortunately paid full price, but if you are able to get this on sale then I would feel it's worth it.

Thank you for your feedback, Has your boyfriend enabled Dolby Atmos for Headphones via Windows' sound settings? He'll also be able to customize the EQ via Dolby Access to have the sound tailor to his ears. In regard to the connectivity, I suggest having the USB dongle connected to a USB port that maintains line of sight of the headset.
