Great headset with many capabilities

Out of the box, the sound was a little flat but sounded much better after tweaking with the iCue software. Wireless connection works well and is sustained even when the headset is about two rooms over from the receiver. Dual connectivity using wireless and bluetooth connections is great. I haven't tried a wired connection as I primarily will be using this headset with wireless connection. There is a faint hiss/white noise when the headset is on wireless mode and there's no sound playing, but the hiss is drowned out once there is sound. I've previously tried the Cloud II wireless headset and the white noise was audible when playing FPS games and by comparison, the white noise with the Virtuoso is much more bearable.

Great headset

Solid Headset!

Only thing id recommend is buying diffrent ear cusions because the ones it has by default where too small for my ears. Other than that small issue, the headset is great at everything its advertised to do.
