Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound is awesome but after a while i a noticing that if it is wired in i have to unplug an plug it back in to get a fuzzy/interference to go away i have only had this since august also the ear muffs are starting to break down an come apart i am a streamer so i use the headset a lot also the memory foam in it wears down really fast as well, battery life also seems to be a little low when running on bluetooth or wireless seems to only last me maybe 3 to 5 hrs, another issue i am having is if i just touch the side of the headset it will change the volume on its own so as i am playing or streaming i will watch the volume of what i am doing go up an down also the 3.5mm cable itself is nice cause it is a braded cable but but when trying to use it with a phone or switch there is a lot of humming an static

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having, you may not be getting power via the USB port for the wireless dongle, can you try connecting it to a different port on your system? For the battery issues, could you try recalibrating the battery by letting it fully drain down and then fully charge?
