I get that these are supposed to replace something that many would consider similar in the ASTRO A50 headset. Unfortunately, these work with some features on consoles, some on PCs, and some on Mac. It's not consistent across the board. That and the sound quality wasn't there for me because there was an absense in low-mid tones.

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i really want to like the headset, but for the price its hard to justify. first is the comfort, i wish they adopt the HS80 style head strap. the top of my head get uncomfortable within 30 min. the earcups are super shallow. but can be solved by buying a third party thicker pads. but why do we have to spend more money on a 270 dollar pair of headphone. the sound quality is definitely lacking in its default EQ setting. and unfortunately if you use on ps4 or ps5 or mac, there is no way you can change the crap EQ, mac software is hard to install and have to disable you mac security level . Bluetooth occasionally drops. returned mine after 3 days

Quality headset, definitely corsairs best.

This still has the extendable ear muffs, I couldn't stand that HS80. Maybe my head's too big, but if you have the same issue, spend the extra cash on these.
