Corsair iCUE 4.x is required for this headset, but if you have older Corsair products (such as the scimitar RGB pro) they may not work with iCUE 4.x. I could either use my headset, or use my mouse, but not both. I called Corsair Support who is aware of the issue but does not have a fix in sight. It was suggested that I return the headset. Extremely unhappy that Corsair has gone the route of Apple, and now "breaks" your fully functional devices with software just because it is a few years old.

You may then choose from multiple preset EQ profiles that tailor to your audio (Gaming, Music, etc.), or create a custom EQ that tailors to your ears. The positional audio on these are amazing. Nice Wired or Bluetooth. Equalizer or presets. Very nice cushion. Ive never had any pain from using these. Detachable mic with a button to quickly mute. A volume nob. I cannot think of a single con.

The quality/audio of the headphones were fantastic, but everything else? Nope. Had my friends through Discord tell me my old headset sounded better than this one! For $250, not worth it.

Dual wireless connections allows me to chat over my phone while mixing well with the sound from my games. One warning, maybe only to a some folks. The top bar of it doesn’t fit my head well and it’s metal based. It can cause a lot pressure. My head starts feeling unconfortable after 1 hour of use. I still recommend, but you better try on then decide.

Sound even though on the spec sheet the frequency response range is amazing the bass and fullness of the music is missing. Don't buy, but the G pro x wireless, Corsair hs80, Arctics 7, 9 or Arctics elite pro wireless instead
