Corsair tried to add too many bells and whistles to this item. It is required you have icue installed in order to use the EQ feature. In order to get the better sound quality you need to connect via USB. No problem I thought, until my PC would not recognize the head set at all via usb. I read online that the previous model you had to charge. I left it charging over night. Tried it the next morning and a total fail. When downloading icue from the website you get v3. When installing icue you can go to the bottom of the app to update to v4? Why not offer it from the get go? Go figure. No matter. After updates, after charging, all this troubleshooting it would not work via USB. Only with the wireless dongle did it work but the audio levels seemed low. The offered high fidelity was not there. Not being able to adjust the EQ and not being recognized by my pc was a total fail. I thought maybe there is a power button? I couldn’t find it. I read manuals and looked online. Flipped the switch between wireless and USB. Nothing worked. It’s supposed to install upon getting a USB connection. I’m returning it today. Wish I could have gotten this to work as it feels like an amazing product. It just didn’t deliver.

Spacial sound is awesome on these. I love using them for gaming. They do get hot after a while, just from your body hear from your ears being sealed off.

Awful, just awful.. super uncomfortable, and cheap. Sound is meh, and the side decals are holes, so dirt ends up getting stuck in them and you cant see the glowing decal well. The whole headset is a trainwreck. I have the old Void Pro, and that is a great gaming headset other than the fact it is strictly for PC.

Had the headphones for over a year and are great. There’s this glitch with audio I had using the usb dongle although was patched almost instantly

The headsets work pretty good. The sound I was expecting more and connected to PS5 it’s a lot lower than on PC.

Very convenient that after the return period, the headset starts cutting out constantly even on full charge. Never dropped. I've taken great care in the headset and just started to cut out. Only fix to this is to play wired. I've tried resetting my router/updating my router. Uninstalling iCue and reinstalling. Updating/not updating and no fix. Looking online and this seems to be a defect in the product across many consumers. If you're looking for a good wired headset, there are much cheaper ones for the same quality. If you're looking for a wireless headset...sadly this headset suffers from cutting out after the first week or so if you weren't unlucky getting it straight out of the box. This headset would be PERFECT if it weren't for the cutting out.

While I love the premium design and metal construction, it did not have that great of a premium feel. The button on the mic was mushy after like 6 presses. For some reason when trying to use it wired, it kept disconnecting and turning off. The ear cups were not as comfortable as I wanted them to be (Needs to have more padding and switch to a more durable material). If the headset MSRP was about $150 lower, it would be a worth a while buy. In terms of audio quality, even with Dolby Atmos, it sounded very flat and tinny.

Good but very uncomfortable. The sound is good u can get better earpads.

Ive used the astro a40s for awhile and when they started to fall apart, i wanted to get a new product that follows the cosair vibe ive been going for with my setup. Now i will say, the microphone isnt that great, and out the box the sound can be a little off. But after some fiddling, the sound is great, looks great and feels great. If there was one thing id want them to improve it would be mic quality

One of if not the best headset I’ve ever owned. The noise cancellation is unrivaled. Only complaint is I can’t hear myself speak. Tends to make me talk too loud.

Mic port broke out if nowhere. but very nice before the mic broke.

This headset is terrible. The microphone Constantly drops out using discord, I couldn’t find the right configuration. Wired, wireless, it isnt reliable. People couldn’t hear me, or I would break up during conversations. The sound quality is good, Dolby atmos and some tuning makes the sound good, but as a gaming headset it’s terrible. I ended up getting a wire for my Bose quiet comfort gaming headset because the in line mix switch went faulty. Again, terrible headset wouldn’t recommend. I’ve seen things on forums regarding connectivity or wireless updates, still hasn’t fixed the unreliable headset.

Amazing sound quality but I honestly didn’t felt the Dolby Atmos feature.

It's been my favorite headset so far. The perks of being able to use on the PC while being on the phone is what I needed. This headset covered all my needs.

Perfect for my needs. I have loved every feature. I use them for calling all day and love the ability to have them connected via RF and Bluetooth

i got the razer black shark v2 pro wireless and this is just so much better. with that being said though, this is also 100$ more so that’s to be expected. HOWEVER, that’s not to knock on the razer. they’re both really good headsets. anyways long story short this is a phenomenal headset if you can fork out the cash for it. otherwise, go with something in your price range.

It’s alright, I think there are far better options for the price. I do however like the mic is detachable, but for what I wanted to use it for originally (Vr, Oculus) it didn’t work as well as I hoped as the audio would still dip in and out.
