During the span of an hour and half movie the headset would disconnect and reconnect about 6-8 times. It would take about 15 seconds for it to sort itself out in which I would have to pause my movie because I would miss entire dialogues.

The sidetone functionally does not work. If you enable the sidetone through iCUE, even having it all the way up, the mic needs to be in your mouth to hear anything, and it is quiet and mumbled. I am actually flabberghasted that other reviews are posititve and do not mention this - did they even use the product? Researching this on Corsair's forums, it seems as if this has been a problem with the Virtuosos for years. Avoid this line entirely, and frankly, it colors my opinion of Corsair as a company that they have left their premium product in such a wretched state for this long. Absolutely unacceptable. Will be returning.
